Seeing the momentary distraction, Ysabel snuck around the large man, sheathed her sword, and pounced on 'little miss'. She was smaller than Izzy, and if she knew magic this could leave her in a position of vulnerability. Thinking of how spells could be cast, she flipped the smaller woman over so she was laying on her stomach, grabbed her hands, and pinned them to her back, doing it as forcefully as possible so the little witch got sand particles smeared into her skin. That would feel great. "You'll learn to hold your tongue yet, even if I have to teach it. There's nothing wrong with mating with someone you love, whether your nasty little bandit ass likes it or not."
The bandit chief was intoxicated; he normally didn't like to deal with anyone who weilded magic unless his mage wanted to do it for him. She had disappeared a few moments ago, seemingly fled so she didn't get her face smashed in. With a few lumbering steps forward, he reached out and tried to snatch Isabel up from the ground.

Isabel swiftly dodged the man and delivered a blow to the back of his arm. "Nice try but you'll have to move faster!" She twirled around him and swung her legs around his in an attempt to trip the man. "Shame a man like you can't fight. I'm severely disappointed in you boy."
The Kokiri woman yelped in pain as her face was rubbed in the dirt and sand that covered the floor "Wh-what do you know! She is a bastard! Her parents never loved her and shes a witch!" the woman spat through closed teeth "She deserves to burn to a crisp for what she's done! Kill her not me!"

"How would you know? I doubt you were there. You don't know her life, her parent's lives, what she's had to go through simply because she was born, only what you've heard," Izzy spat the words out in a very hostile way. "I believe you're the one who is the bastard, you're the one who is a witch, and you're the one who deserves to be burnt into a crisp! You see, it's not what blood you're born of. It's how you treat others. And since you can't see to access the compassionate portion of your brain, I might just have to smash it in for you. Sound good?" Angry at the insensitivity of the Kokiri, Ysabel became rather insensitive herself. This whelp deserved what she had coming for her.
"You think that hurts? It felt like a wee baby octorock hurled a pebble." The man, his movement alleviating some of his buzz, began to get faster and more alert. He dodged the attempt to be tripped and grabbed the stool he was sitting on, hurling it at Isabel without a second thought.

Isabel gasped as the stool knocked her over onto the floor with a thud . She quickly regained her balance and chuckled as she wiped the wound on her head from the fall healing it very quickly. "Smug aren't we?" She asked wickedly as she threw a spear of Fire at the man. "Well It's been fun hasn't it?" she asked throwing another spear quickly afterwards.
The Kokiri growled in anger and spat on Ysabels face "Why should I care about a witch? I grew up with the bitch! All she ever did was read and study and never stood up for herself when she was picked on because she is a weak bitch! She never ever repaid the community for her tainted blood!" she yelled angrily. "How can you be good if you never talk to anyone?"

"You think the great rulers of the days past went out and talked all the time, then became bandits! No! Reading, studying, silence, all are things required to become great! Ignorance, rashness, tempers - all derived from too much time immersed in society. Which you seem to have had quite the overdose of, theif." Ysabel lifted the Kokiri up enough just so that she could slam her head onto the hard floor. "You think a child should have to pay consequences simply due to being of mixed blood? Pure bloods are much worse! Especially the vermin such as yourself."
Successfully dodging the first spear, the man was struck with the second. It sliced into his arm, and he looked down at it with a strange look on his face. At the sight of the blood gushing from him, he fell over, landed on the table, breaking it, and knocked Ysabel from her perch atop 'little miss'.

The Kokiri woman began to cry from fear "Get off of me!" she spat trying to roll away. She ran when Ysabel fell off of her and turned to her boss "Boss are you ok? Did she hurt you? Get up! You have to get up!" she yelled shaking his arm.
Isabel chuckled "Told you not to mess with me." she spat walking over to Ysabel waiting for the inevitable counter attack. "Are you ok dear?" She asked smiling "I hope I didn't scare you."

Ysabel laid there, momentarily stunned, before sitting up and shaking it off. The kokiri had run over to boss hog and Isabel had been wounded. "I'm fine, wasn't scared, but your head is wounded. Are you alright? Should probably bandage that up." Blood didn't make Izzy squirm, unnecessary hatred, however, did. She looked to the kokiri woman again, hoping she wouldn't retaliate.
The chief had passed on into a peaceful, drunken slumber, his arm bleeding like a stuck hog. He mumbled something in his sleep. The only one of the group still conscious was the small woman.

"Damn you skank." The kokiri spat to Isabel with venom in her voice.
"Come on." Isabel said taking her friends hand to lead her on "Sorry about that and don't worry about me. I'll be fine. Watch" Isabel said waving her fingers over the wound causing it to close. "I don't really care if it scars over for my back has dozens from people like her." Isabel sighed as painful memories came back to her. "Hey look that plant is glowing!" She said pointing to a root.

((I tried to avoid using that word, curious as to whether or not it was appropriate. Looks like it is! Muhaha.))
"You're the one who's damned." Izzy muttered, clambering to her feet. Personally she was glad she was born a Hylian; they weren't nearly as tight knit as the Kokiri and it didn't seem like they were as condemning. Then again, the only Kokiri she had experience with were Isabel and the vicious one. Porbably best not to dwell on the case.
"Oh, no worries," there truly was no need to apologize. Izzy might bruise, but she wasn't actually wounded. She had never had a scar in any sense, physical nor emotional. For that she thanked her parents. In a way, it saddened her that she didn't go on crazy adventures or have heroic battle scars, but she was thankful she didn't have scars to remind her of the hatred from others.
As a plant was mentioned, Izzy's head snapped in the direction of Isabel's finger. She walked over to the root, then looked around to try to find it. Attached was a shoot that grew into a crevice. What could it possibly be? Izzy tugged on the root, gently but firmly, and out came a beautiful red flower.
"Ah, a desert rose. Funny to find one in here. They normally only grow in moist places." That meant there was a pool or something of the sort behind the wall, she was sure.

"Good to see you're not injured." Isabel said with a huge smile. "So do you want to continue looking for flowers down here or roots or seeds or what ever it is you need or do you want to continue onward?" She asked politely making sure she didn't sound rude. She hated rudeness and never allowed herself to be rude to any one if she could help it. "Either way is fine with me dear."

"One moment, please." Kneeling, Izzy began feeling the brick infrastructre around the root, scaling the wall. Suddenly, she found a brick that appeared to be loose. She pushed it once, it budged slightly. After one more push, the wall collapsed into itself, dust flew everywhere, and the sound of flowing water could be heard.
After Izzy blinked repeatedly, she was able to see clearly what it was. "A fairy fountain..." and it was simply remarkable. There had to be someone here, something to be done. There were seemingly hundreds of fairies circling about the small pool of water, shimmering in blue, chattering nervously. This must have been the first time they'd seen the outside in years.

Isabel gasped and began to climb up "A-A fairy pool? Do you know how rare and sacred these are to mages?" She asked trying to peer though "Is there a grand fairy in there?" She asked as she saw a familiar red glow dip into the water and surface quickly "Oh my it's Gato! I wonder what she's doing in here?" She asked herself before turning to Ysabel. "Do you want to go in and explore?"

"Well, of course!" Ysabel had heard tales that great fairies could be destroyed by evil, missing a few smaller fairies that made them whole. Perhaps that was the case! They could adventure and try to find some fairies to rescue! Just like Link! Not that she wanted to be like him, though. That was way too much work. "Gato? Who's that?" Izzy asked, stepping beyond the wall. The inside was beautiful and mesmerizing; she watched as the fairies darted about, flitting this way and that. It was truly a sight to be seen.

Gato peered over and flew over slowly "Hello Izzy!" She said hugging Isabel as tightly as she could. "What brings you two ladies here?" she asked tilting her head.
Isabel smiled "Gato is my husbands fairy! She's very nice!" she explained slowly walking forward. "She's a lovely woman."
"Please remove your shoes." Gato requested "You don't want to track the outside into this sacred place!"

Ysabel obeyed the fairy, removing her boots. She made a mental note to clean them later that night. "I've never actually met a fairy before." She was glad this one knew Izzy, and that she wasn't a mean fairy. Fairies could be mean, couldn't they? She didn't know. She made another mental note to get out more. Izzy wished she was a better artist, as she would have loved to draw this, paint it, capture it somehow.
