Winter Homecoming ((STORY ARC 2))

[Gannondorf]

Lydia blushed ever so faintly and gently bounced her children up and down. "Aw baby!" she said kissing Attlas "Mea say mama! Say mama!" She said playfully as she encouraged her child to speak her first words in a while.

Krieger smiled and got up "I got it." he said opening the door. "Hello?" He asked politely.

Ha! 'Into botany'? Izzy practically breathed carbon dioxide. "I know quite a few lovely places. If you'd like I could show you sometime?" Well that just happened to burst out of her mouth without much thought, but if he was cool with that she wouldn't mind at all. "A little bit of everything. I don't get out much and never really have, so I'm willing to try new things." She thought for a moment. "I like going on adventures, nature walks, playing with the children in Castle Town, spending time with friends, and dancing." That was a decent list, for now at least.

John knew this was his time to pounce. "Well how about me and you go to a conservatory with my youngest siblings? If that's alright with you mom."

Isabel nodded for it would be improper to stop young love from flourishing. "Of course dear."

John chuckled "I mean why not combine your love for children plants and travel?" he asked sheepishly. Gods he hoped she liked him and he was impressing her.

Ysabel felt a pang of jealousy wash over her. Why hadn't she thought of that idea herself? The jealousy was quickly replaced by genuine impression. He was a very quick thinking man, and that was something she was looking for. The way he just spat that out was remarkable. "You know, I do think I would enjoy that." Kids, plant walking, and a man? Well, that sounded like the most perfect thing ever! She would be a fool to refuse. A fool was one thing Izzy did not enjoy being. "A truly marvelous idea." The excitement for this grew a little more with every passing second.

Attlas noticed whom was at the door, and was surprised. The woman spoke in a strangely familiar tone which made Famia look up, "Long time no see here. Huh Krieger?" she said. They seemingly echoed throughout the minds of those whom knew the voice and could picture the face, it was none other, than Ahri. Attlas looked over as Famia immediately rose and pounced on her long lost friend,

"Ahri!" she yelped as she knocked herself and the nine-tailed kitsune into the snow,

"Fam!? How- What!?" Ahri asked in a utterly shocked tone before looking at the others, "How long- Has she-" she muttered out as she and Famia embraced in seemingly remembrance.

John smiled as he reached in for a hug slowly to give her time to reject it if she so pleased "That's great! How about next Saturday at two? I mean any date works for me!" he said as Eleanor walked up and pulled on Ysabels sleeve

"Are you gonna be our new mama?" Eleanor asked with a huge smile "Do I get extra presents from you on Christmas and my birthday!"

Krieger chuckled "Well come in! Me and Isabel have made a lovely family haven't we?" he asked as his youngest son Booker clung to his leg. "Please tell me how you've been! Fam don't kill her now!"

[Lufia]

Famia glared back, "Mine. I get dibs first" she spoke in an almost uncharacteristic manner, she seemed to still devout her affection to her friend Ahri than others, though soon enough Ahri spoke,

"Why would I leave you Fam? And yes I am coming, give me a few seconds here" she said smiling before rising and brushing the snow off of her hair and fur, "I see that you got a better home" she said smiling slightly as she entered seeing the others, "And more friends."

By no means was Ysabel a huggy person, but with all these crazy emotions running around inside her she decided it would be alright to return the hug to John; what was there to lose? "Saturday at two works for me." Any time would work for her except for the one day out of the year she chose to stay home by herself and read books. That day, though, had already came and gone.

Ysabel felt something tug on her sleeve, and for a moment she thought she was hallucinating until she looked down and saw a precious little girl was the culprit. She also asked the sweetest of questions. Ysabel couldn't help but to laugh at the childish innocence that she possessed and displayed. "I would never be able to replace the mama you already have, but I'd be more than happy to throw in a few presents."

[Gannondorf]

"Yay!" Eleanor said hugging Ysabels arm "Now I have two mommies and a present mommy!" she said cutely.

"She's talking about scarlet." Isabel said with a smile "Kriegers second wife. She's not here right now."

John smiled and nodded "Two it is then! Heh you'll get to be their mom for the day. It'll be very cute." John said looking down at his sister "How many kids do you want?"

"Fine!" Krieger said chuckling "Have fun with Fam."

"Hello!" Lydia said smiling "You remember me right?" she asked politely.

[Lufia]

Attlas smiled as Mea spoke, "Hi- Mama" she said with a somewhat choppy manner, she wasn't too good at talking yet. Though Ahri soon came over with a slight smile,

"Oh? So I'm a grandmother now? To twins as well? That's... Adorable. Good Job son" she said in her motherly tone. Ahri smiled at Attlas, "Sorry I haven't been around... I got busy..."

[Gannondorf]

"Good job him? He didn't have to carry these two around for nine months." Lydia teased Attlas "It's fine I've been doing a good job taking care of them so far." she looked down lovingly at Mea and San "Both of you say hi dada!" she grinned with pride at how fast her daughters were learning to speak. "Mea's more talkative than San is."

[Lufia]

Ahri smiled slightly, in her motherly way, "I'm taking it Mea is the more active one, compared to San" she said watching the two twins whom were no older than two, be infants, "Though I can't see those two ever hating each other, they seem to rather enjoy the other's presence." she paused, thinking for a minute in her many years of existence, "I trust both are in good hands" she stopped, knowing that what she had said was eough. With her thoughts somewhere else she walked over towards Isabel, and hugged her from behind, exclaiming, "How's my favourite Kokiri doing?" as she hugged her.

Krieger had a second wife? Learn something new every day. Ysabel wondered if she was nearly as fantastic as Isabel, and really doubted that fact. The young woman was pleased to be dubbed as Eleanor's 'present mommy'; she smiled broadly and looked to John. "Well, how many would you like?" She didn't put much thought into that; she would have as many as was to be blessed with. She paid no attention to what the words may have implied, as her mind didn't operate in such a mind set.

Lydia smiled "Very active. She can already run around and cause trouble." she said looking at Attlas and kissing him "Isn't that right dear?"

Isabel jumped slightly "Eeep!" She yelled out as she placed a hand over her heart "You startled me! I'm doing great! I have so much to tell ya I couldn't possibly say it all now!"

Eh? John thought to himself as he tried to figure out what she meant by that? Did she want his kids? No. There was no way in hell she meant that! "Well personally I want four but that's just me. So what's your dream man like?" He asked before realizing what he said Dah crap. he thought as he mentally face palmed.

[Lufia]

Ahri smiled, "Oh please. I have time" she said playfully, "Lots of time" she stopped as she caught the scent of John, "Well well John. I see you're talking to a lovely woman there. May I ask if you two are dating yet?" she asked smiling, like as if she were John's mother, though soon enough Famia spoke,

"Alright Ahri. Stop being distracted. You're not a Kit anymore, and I suggest you eat before Krieger and Vann eat it all."
