"Simply because what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Rose left it at that for a moment, letting it sink in. "Do you think you were supposed to be weak?" The question itself stated Rose's point quite well. Blinking slowly, the gypsy stood to her full height and scanned the area. The spirit had seemingly fled. Hopefully it had thought its duty to be fulfilled. She didn't know how to shake the past, as she had had her own personal troubles. What had helped her to deal with it was the fact that she had accepted what had happened, allowed forgiveness of herself, and for the majority of the others. There was one she hadn't forgiven.

Fia'ye looked up, "So my traumas of family and friend's deaths are to make me stronger?" she asked in a rather curious tone, though still pained, "then what about when I almost died? Hm? That was when Reinna somehow managed to-..." she paused seeing the man she was hunting scurrying by towards the gypsy camp, she quickly rose and nodded, "Excuse me for a minute. I think revenge is to be served..." Fia'ye's demeanor had changed drastically, from sorrowful agony, to vengeful anger. It wasn't normal for Fia'ye to be looking for blood if she could help it, but the person needed to have justice be done, it didn't matter now that the man looked like her late father, she was vengeful, and was going to kill.

A sharp whistle came from Theo's mouth, starting high, going low, and raising again. A sign of alarm for the encampment so that none of them would fall victim to the man who had a strong spiritual presence. Theo wanted to send something after him but she didn't want to harm the horse. "You'd best get going, because if they hurt my people I'll be the one killing the bastard." Rose, like Fia'ye, had taken up a cold demeanor, more so than before. She wasn't afraid to go after him herself, and if any of her people got hurt she intended to hold this redhead accountable. She chased him here, after all

Fia'ye nodded, hearing the whistle, that sparked her and Reinna. The two were moving silently, and rather than even speaking to the Pegasus, they almost knew each other's mind. Though soon enough, the man noticed her, she was flanking the man's right side. Knowing the intimidating presence of the two, he rode faster towards the encampment. Fia'ye seeing that she was getting close to the brush that separated the encampment from the river area. At this point both were in the air, over the brush, and now dive-bombing the man and his mount. Fia'ye honestly didn't wish to harm the horse, since it only is doing what it is told, and is rather innocent, but the man deserved all the hell he could receive. Fia'ye spun her spear, and soon enough, hit the man, diving off Reinna and like she was jousting, took the man off his mount. He rolled to a stop, as she flew over him, and rolled where she was facing him. The man spoke, his voice sounding gravely as he drew his sword, "Who the hell are you?!" he asked, now seeing Fia'ye's cold determination on her pale face in the blue tinted air. She held her spear about mid-shaft as she spoke, ready to kill,
"My name is Fia'ye Kirasugi, you have committed sins of the horrific value. I am your judgement, I am death" her voice was soft, cold, and seemingly remorseful. Her friend was dead, and the man she is facing killed her. And now he endangered more innocent lives, it didn't even matter to her now, that the man looked like her father, he was a dead man walking, to die at the end of the scarlet woman's spear. After a moment of silence, the two charged at each other, and as quickly, and spontaneously ended. The man was limp, not by Fia'ye's spear, but rather her sword she kept hidden. It was a swift, and clean disembowelment. The man was still alive, but was now writhing in agony from said hit. The attack wasn't meant to be lethal, but rather immobilize and cause excruciating pain. The kill was for later, after the due process he was owed. Fia'ye walked to the man, sheathing her blade, and grabbed his arms. She cuffed him, he looked back and spoke,
"Why won't you- Kill me...?" he asked, which Fia'ye responded, a cliche manner of talking, but it had some truth,
"Killing you is pointless. I can't bring back those I have lost, and no matter how hard my urge is to kill you. I'll let the executioner handle that" her voice, pained, but passionate. She soon rolled the man over and healed him, so he was still in agony, but had little chance of death. Fia'ye walked back, with Reinna and the other horse in tow by the reins. She felt rather satisfied now, the man was tied to a nearby tree, she spoke with a less "down" tone to Rose, since her justice and anger was relieved, "I'm back, Mr. Bleeding-gut is tied to a tree for when I head back the barracks, and I even brought you a present." she spoke smoothly and calmly, as if the weight of the world was finally relieved from her shoulders. She soon thought of something, it was somewhat nagging her, and it just came to mind, "I meant to ask Ms. Rose, what brought you to the river, since you know my story, I would like to know yours." her curiosity peaked at that point, she just had to ask.
((Minimum of fifty words? With this OOC comment, I am about thirteen times that minimum. Oops, I didn't mean to!))

((I'm actually used to lengthier postys. Gooooo Lufia!))
"I am your judgement, I am death." Theodosia Rosebottle was not one to cringe easily; she knew death very personally and had dealt with it since she was a wee chit. This time, the words from the redheads mouth truly unnerved her. She hadn't gone soft, no; she knew there was truth behind the words and that fact itself caused her mental anxiety.
She would have loved to believe that death could be avoided, that killing was unnecessary. The reality of the situation was harsh. Fact of the matter is, the way Fia'Ye spoke, the look on her face, all of it, frightened the necromancer to an extent. It was as if she honestly believed the words from her own mouth. It was gut-wrenching. If Theo had been a normal citizen, she may have vomited. Taking a deep breath, she justified the action quickly and looked back to the river. She would have to deal with it all later, in due time. Surely the spirit would be around soon enough.
Soon after, Fia'Ye came back over near the gypsy, who still had her crimson eyes locked on the body of flowing water before her. It was as if nothing had even happened. That fact, too, unnerved her. Rose was a cold person, no doubt, but she could never bring herself to be that cold. People changed under certain circumstances, yes, but the situation itself would soon blow over. It hurt her to know that the man was just left to writhe in his own pain.
Rose had taken lives, and those spirits to this day still followed her about, appearing here and there, becoming more and more distant as every second ticked by. She didn't regret the action, she just didn't particularly like to deal with it. All the deaths she had brought about were free of suffering and pain, as it was the gypsy way. No worries, no fear, just passion for who and what you loved. She let the words of Fia'Ye settle in the air before she opened her pale lips and began to speak.
"It is not your place to ask, though I am not afraid to share." Theo was great at shoving her feelings about the man behind her, which was probably a blessing on Fia'Ye's part. "Thought led me here, and thought will drive me back. I sought solitude, and that is what this area had to offer me. Tears are welcome in my encampment, but I don't want my feelings to burden others. They've done so before, and I'd not like that to happen again." Her reason for coming to this particular spot was simply that. Essentially no more, no less.

Fia'ye noticed something with the gypsy had seemingly changed. At least, as far as she could tell about her demeanor as Rose looked at her. It was unsettling, then again, she did just disembowel a man, healed him, and tied him to a tree to suffer. All of that, she was covered in blood, which really didn't show much with her how scarlet red she was overall unnoticed with blood. Yet her words, scare the hell out of the most brave men cower. Needless to say, she could be scary, then there was how she dropped the topic as if it never happened. She understood why most of even the people in the barracks were scared of her. It was unsettling that she was so scary, since she is a nice person. But that is besides the point, she had remembered that she had asked Rose a question.
Listening, she nodded before speaking, "Come on. I won't tell" she said smiling lightly, still with bits of blood even on her face, "Trust me, your feelings won't burden me as much as my own" she continued, pausing before releasing Reinna's reins. She knew the Pegasus was too loyal, and rather scared to stray too far from where Fia'ye was. Though she held the other horse's reins, not sure how far it would go. Though she spoke again with a warming tone, hoping that she wouldn't continue to scare Rose, "I do wish to know, and trust me, I won't be my..." she trailed off, in a lack of words to how to describe her other side, a good one would be, Murderous Psychopath.

"I cannot tell what I do not know." That, too, was the truth. She didn't know what was ailing her, she had just needed a good cry. "Perhaps I've just been dwelling too much in the past myself." She contributed most of her life problems to a certain dwarf who she assumed Fia'Ye had never met. That was probably a good thing, as that prick was more a womanizer than anything else until he 'repented' and 'turned away' from his old actions. Rose didn't believe a lick of it and still felt as if he had done it simply to call it off with her and run off with some other woman.
"If you don't mind me suggesting, perhaps you should wash your face." The blood specks didn't phase Rose, but she had other purposes for the suggestion. "If a child were to wander over, I'd not like them to get frightened.

Fia'ye tilted her head, she had no clue what she was talking about when Rose told her to clean her face. Needless to say she had no clue as to her face. It was awkward, since she thought that what Rose was saying was basically an insult for a moment, speaking she was more or less calmed, but was clear with her confusion and rather defensiveness, "E-Excuse me?" she asked. She doubted that Rose was insulting her, so she asked another question, to clear up what was happening, "What's wrong with my face?" her voice sounded curious, yet she paused thinking through what Rose had said with the reasons she was here.
"Well, a nice lady did tell me that the past is to make you stronger. Am I correct?"

"Yes, it does. I'm not questioning the finality of my own statement. I embrace the past, accepting it in it's final form. Sometimes it's nice to wonder about what could have happened, though there is no way it can." She should have just lied and said she had been bathing, but it would have been quite obvious that she had lied. Her hair would have still been wet.
"Dear, you've blood all over your face and clothing. Imagine, as a child, approaching someone and seeing such a sight. Frankly, it would be unseeable and they would likely be scarred for life. Though I doubt they will wander away from the encampment, I don't think it wise to leave liquid life on your face." A little bit of wisdom from miss Theodosia Rosebottle.

Fia'ye's eyes went from a relaxed state, to wide open, she didn't realize she was covered in blood. Thus, she walked to the river, and began to clean off. Once she did about as best as she could in said topic, she rose and spoke smiling, "Thank you Rose for telling me that. I'm sorry I was too simple to realize that" her words overtook her, rather, she had to pause, allowing her mind to catch up with the foolery that her voice was going to cause. Soon she spoke again to what Rose had said, "Well. I think that too, and honestly, I get lost in it. But then again I look at what has happened because of me, and imagining rather, how this world without me. It'd pass by silently, but the people would live in fear of the men- no, monsters I have slain" she paused, letting her words sink in, "I'm sorry, I'm rambling. Yet I can't help and see the good in the situations that I throw myself into. -I mean- look at Mr. Bleedy over there, he would have killed far more until I disemboweled him and tied him to a tree-..." Fia'ye now had realized how cruel she was. Not many in her unit would do what she does, but in her case, it's the worst of the worst she handles. Even if she doesn't kill them, she is one of the many helping create a better world. It was prideful for Fia'ye. She had done something with her life.

"There's no need to apologize; I would have likely reacted in the same way." Rose was getting better at this. She listened to the redhead speak.
Theodosia couldn't stop herself from laughing. The world without Fia'Ye may be a better place, but it wasn't the same with Theo. She didn't think that she really made an impact on the society about her. Sure, she brought joy and entertainment to the hearts of lustful men, allowed people to talk to their deceased loved ones, and was a fine performer, but there were others of her kind. "You're lucky, to be so individualized that the world would actually miss the deeds you have done. I, on the other hand, have caused far more harm than good. I am a source of encouragement for sin and I control aspects of darkness that give children nightmares. How I wish I could be noble."

Fia'ye smiled as she walked over, "You see spirits right?" she asked, "Like my friend. You give people closure when they need it. I mean, if I didn't get that chance of closure, I wouldn't have left Bleeder over there live. I would have torn him to pieces." she paused, allowing her words to sink in a little, in hopes they weren't on deaf ears, "You can do more than you think. I'm usually not this positive, but I know you can do more than what you say you can do. You have potential. Where I have in combat and fighting, you have in your ability to speak to spirits. Allowing for others to be able to speak with those far beyond my skills" she paused feeling a chill down her spine, it spooked her, as she looked back at nothing, of course, since she isn't really a 'spiritual' person. Though it spooked her enough that she swore in Tutelian under her breath, hoping she was unheard. Fia'ye looked up and smiled, "You're far better than the weakest Paladin in the Royal Guard. That is for sure"

"My abilities range far beyond just communicating with spirits. I do not like the gift I have. It can wreak havoc among the masses. I wish this upon no one." Theo, getting a little upset with herself, wanted to demonstrate her point. "See, I create things, terrible things, and use them to go after people who wrong me. I do not like death, I do not like killing, but it is a part of my nature. I cannot get away."
This was a blessing, but also a grand curse. "I cannot escape death, nor can I escape killing. I am constantly reminded of horrid things, whether I want to be or not. You can't just silence the spirits, you can only choose to ignore them." Fia'Ye could obviously not understand the gypsy's magic, as she wasn't a user. It pained Theo, knowing what she was capable of, which is why she did her best to control it.

Fia'ye tilted her head, she drew her spear, "Then show me what you can do. I have dealt with Necromancers before. I'll be fine. Reinna knows to flee from the abominations you can spawn" she said smiling, she knew what danger she would put herself in. She always did, though, Necromancers were a different danger, lets face it. She had to deal with one whom spawned spiders as their 'shadow Beasts' even the thought of that experience shook Fia'ye. She hated Skulltulas, and spiders in general. And that bastard spawned Zombie Skulltulas. Needless to say, she had to flee behind the other 'Paladin' she was working with, the Dark Knight, Cecil Harvey. She has yet to live that down, because she was pitiful, she basically turned tail, ran away crying, and wouldn't leave from behind her captain. Though she has yet to get over that fear, people still torment her on it, she was ready at this point. At the least, Rose didn't know her fear of spiders. Which would help, "Ready when you are."

After elaborating as to why she didn't like her abilities, the redhead was persisting that she use them against her. Mental exhaustion accompanied the tying of the spirit to the flesh, but that wasn't what was currently phasing Theo. She didn't want to do it. She wanted to throw up her hands in protest, give up, and wash away down the river. She wouldn't allow herself to do it. There were spirits in the area, plenty to bind. She'd start with some Gore Crows as a distraction, accompanied by a weak militia, until she could see how Fia'Ye could handle herself. She wouldn't curse her, no; that was something that was severe and was only dished out onto very worthy people.
"I don't want to, but if you want a training exercise, that's all I can offer. I don't like messing with spirits, I don't like conjuring, but if you'd like to witness the horror that I can create, so be it. Be aware that once they're locked in they're hard to stop." With those grim, seemingly pained words, the call of a crow could be heard. It was hard to discern the black birds from the night sky, only visible when they covered the light of one of the stars. With the crow, Theo began her usual routine; she began to dance.
At the sign of movement from the albino, the crows, ten in total, began to circle around Fia'Ye. None made a move until they had collaborated, at which time they all dove together and aimed straight for Fia'Ye's head, a few in a beeline for her eyeballs.
